Fluffernutter Pie: A Nostalgic Treat to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

If you grew up loving peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwiches, you’re in for a treat! Our Fluffernutter Pie brings together the creamy, nutty goodness of peanut butter with the airy sweetness of marshmallow. This easy, no-bake pie is a dessert lover's dream and perfect for any occasion. Plus, it only takes a handful of ingredients! Let's get baking!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers (about 10–12 crackers)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (or heavy whipping cream, whipped)

For the Marshmallow Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
  • Optional garnish: Chopped peanuts, chocolate drizzle, or mini marshmallows

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the crumbs are fully coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to get an even, compact layer.
  3. Chill the crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.

2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and well-combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it out evenly. Place the pie in the fridge while you prepare the marshmallow topping.

3. Add the Marshmallow Topping

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and whipped topping. Gently fold them together until smooth.
  2. Spread the marshmallow topping over the peanut butter filling, creating a fluffy, cloud-like layer on top of the pie.

4. Chill and Garnish

  1. Chill the pie for at least 2–3 hours, or until set.
  2. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanuts, a drizzle of melted chocolate, or a few mini marshmallows for a little extra flair.

Serving Suggestions:

Slice and serve chilled for a clean, firm cut. This pie pairs perfectly with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee. Each bite is a taste of nostalgia that’ll take you back to childhood days filled with fluffernutter sandwiches!

Storage Tips:

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The pie also freezes well—just wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to a month.

This Fluffernutter Pie is a slice of sweet nostalgia and a great dessert for gatherings, parties, or anytime you’re craving a unique peanut butter treat. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out! If you have any tips or twists on this classic, we’d love to hear them in the comments below.
